Unimpressed with the Rapid Reload feature.

Great power and performance from both the blower and the trimmer. The Rapid Reload feature is cumbersome and requires a lot of manual force; not rapid at all. The bump head does not work for me, and I need to stop and manually press and rotate to get more line out of it. I wish the marketing was not misleading.

Batteries not last long, and very expensive

It's cool to have EGO product when we first time saw at home depot, it worked nice, BUT won't last long, you thought you paid a lot upfront and would last long as expected, no, it's very costy upfront and very expensive later on as well since the battery dies fast, we don't use over frequently, general light use to blow the leaves and very light on string trimmer, we have two sets of batteries and charges, one of the batteries is out of life and when we called customer service, need prove a bunch of stuff, honestly don't remember we bought it within or past 3 years, but in general I wouldn't purchase their product any more.
