Return eligibility depends on product condition, order status, item type, and when the request is made.
Before returning an item
Contact us with the order number, product name, and reason for return before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.
Condition and inspection
Items should be unused, complete, and in original packaging unless the request concerns a confirmed defect or shipping issue. Batteries, electrical items, and used outdoor equipment may require additional review.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping, handling, and special freight charges may not be refundable.
